Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000 / year starting
Schedule: 8 hour shift (5 days, Monday to Friday)
Location: 8601 Jane St. Concord, ON

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
  • Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, and video) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections and increases brand awareness and engagement
  • Be the voice and image of our media channels: including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service fields in the flooring or other construction materials industry
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Outstanding social media presence and not camera shy
  • Being multilingual is highly preferred

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
