Chestnut Flooring is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for a wide range of activities related to the business’s operations.

The desired candidate must have excellent organizational skills to manage and co-ordinate various administrative tasks, as well as experience and understanding of various computer tools and platforms, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities:

  •  Planning and managing calendar activities.
  • Execute day to day tasks for business operations and to support sales and project design teams.
  • Placing orders with suppliers; Data entry for product inventory and record keeping.
  • Create professional Powerpoint presentations per specific requirements.
  • Flexibility and capability to take on a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifactions:

  •  Attentive, highly detail oriented and organized.
  • Past experience using Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Powerpoint and able to produce professional presentations.
  • Experience and proficiency in Photoshop and graphic design an asset.
