Chestnut Flooring is looking for an Administrative Assistant responsible for a wide range of activities related to the business’s operations.
The desired candidate must have excellent organizational skills to manage and co-ordinate various administrative tasks, as well as experience and understanding of various computer tools and platforms, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Planning and managing calendar activities.
- Execute day to day tasks for business operations and to support sales and project design teams.
- Placing orders with suppliers; Data entry for product inventory and record keeping.
- Create professional Powerpoint presentations per specific requirements.
- Flexibility and capability to take on a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
- Attentive, highly detail oriented and organized.
- Past experience using Powerpoint, Excel.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in Powerpoint and able to produce professional presentations.
- Experience and proficiency in Photoshop and graphic design an asset.
